Welcome to Convertly ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "EULA") form a binding agreement between you and Convertly that governs your use of the Convertly mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Convertly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are concluded between you and Convertly only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Convertly, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Convertly is an image format converter for iOS that converts photos between formats such as HEIC, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF. All image processing is performed entirely on your device — no photos are uploaded to any server.
You must be at least 4 years of age to use Convertly. The App does not require account creation.
The free version of Convertly includes:
Daily conversion limits reset at local midnight.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the stated price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the stated price. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per Apple ID per subscription group.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We honor all refund requests made within 14 days of purchase.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded video advertisements may be offered as an alternative to unlock a bonus conversion. Purchasing a Pro plan removes all advertisements.
All image conversion processing occurs entirely on your device. No photos, image data, or conversion results are transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The license granted to you for the App is a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. This license does not allow you to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you do not own or control.
All content in Convertly, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, and design, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Convertly, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You agree not to:
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Convertly is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as may be required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, Convertly, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for such warranty. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any); and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
Convertly, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
